Recently ,topic about entrepreneurship was being discussed in mass media. Eventhough,this is a very ironic issue that happening in this country which is only about 0,18 percent’s of the total population of us who become entrepreneurs ,if we compare with other countries like China 16.4%, Brazil 12.7% and United States 9.6% of the total population of those who become entrepreneurs .What is wrong with us? Do we have to blame the government or to ourselves about this? The most correct answer is from us, we have to change our priorities mindset that want to be public servants and let’s start thinking critically to start a business. In addition one funny example of why people like to be a public servant is a little funny the which still Occurs especially in the Javanese society that if they have suitor who’s work in government sector or as bureaucrat, it can make-they prouder than who have not got work as a civil servants or to be entrepreneur. Became an entrepreneur is heavy but nothing to lose to try and come on ,if you became an entrepreneur is very promising, one of the beneficial which is we can become a useful for another person , for instances if we open a simple business supplier of vegetables and fruits, indirectly we contribute reduce unemployment ,how villagers proud to us because we can to be someone who can be useful for others and help them to get a job.Not only that at least we can make our parents proud smile to us.This is the beginning to be hot issue concerned by the government towards creating activities that can foster an entrepreneurial spirit for example provide financial helping through bank or other financial institution , create entrepreneur competition every year and hold some training to young generation to have creative skills .Moreover the encouragement come from company who aware about entrepreneur with a container for the entrepreneur to think creative ideas such as Mekar and GEPI.
In fact ,If we feel about the entrepreneurial climate in Indonesia was began to have a pretty good progress with supported good economic growth which is 6 percent every year and also appear local success entrepreneur for example, now come a lot of Indonesian product brands such as Burger Blenger, grilled chicken Mas Mono, J-Co donuts and etc. Hal it be a good signal for the growing number of indonesian entrepreneurs.Nowadays,existing mindset began to change onhead people - people they began to realize that being an entrepreneur it is the first step to achieving financial independent.Ini not escape the role of mass media expose the profiles of entrepreneurs who success.We think if we do not take action from now and just weigh up and always counting the successful possibility when opening a business, it is just a waste time of an opportunity to get a lucky.Bob Sadino said that”if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, just do it and started to take action from now ” We have a lot of the example of successful entrepreneurs who they can freely do anything’s not likely as public servants. Benefits could be an entrepreneur Real side for us which is we can be a Boss, can freely think creative ideas and pursue financial rewards.
Even to be an entrepreneur is like an angel who helps people in the dark, why not? We can create new jobs and reduce the amount we contribute Increasing unemployment and great economic growth. Even though, that are not as easy as we imagine all the necessary passion and sacrifice to achieve its. Because of that’s why an entrepreneurs called people who take on the risk or the who undertake a task. We only need intention and passion to do that, for example not everyone can accept and rise from failure, but we need many times it takes to fall up to be a success entrepreneur. In addition the obstacles come from money or capital most of them difficult and do not know how to get its. Especially in Indonesia, sometimes have an idea but difficult to realize our dream and grow because there is no capital to run that .But, it’s actually not a big issue anymore, many avenues to get it, a lot of institutions and programs from government and private that support this.
The last but not least, it is the point that there are some points where I gathered from experience and reading go to some point to create intentions and characteristic to be successful entrepreneur is we should have passion for the business, it is the first thing that we should to do.This passion typically stems from the entrepreneur’s belief that will positively influences the business people lives.Passion is particularly important for entrepreneur that a firm determinesucces or failure.In addition ,we also should understand the most effective business ideas take hold our passion is consistent with our skills and is in a area that represents a legitimate business oppurtunity.Second Tenacity is despite failure, because we play with big risk, that is trying something new, the failure rate is naturally high. A great new business may require a certain degree of failure before success is attained. Finally, there is a will there is a way, to be successful entrepreneur must be positive thinking and have fighting spirit and “Don’t be late, take action now!

Come back to real society, when we ask ten of our friends about what the preferences if you graduated from university ‘’ six to ten absolutely reply they desire to get job at multinational company and only 2 until 3 who answer I want to be real entrepreneur. What happens, why they prefer to work? Whereas to be an entrepreneur we can manage other people and life without reprimand from our boss. This kinds question will be answered on this essay and we also try to identify the best approach to boost and teach entrepreneurship to young generation as part of entrepreneurial development in the right recipe.
The First enigma that we would like to observe are why youth prefer became employee to entrepreneur? Come back again to reality, the oddity which still occurs in the society especially in java if they have suitor who work in government sector or as bureaucrat, it can make they more proud than got suitor who not work as civil servants. Another reason is Indonesian person is tend to save taker than risk taker; it reflected when government sector has open job vacancy, absolutely or one hundred percent more than 2-5 million people apply on this job.
The second enigma, Is there something wrong the system? Recently our educational system does not do justice to the field of entrepreneurship. Business studies in high school even in university are often delegated to those who aren’t considered smart enough to pursue traditional science subjects. Many school curriculums focus on rote learning to secure exam passes, but entrepreneurial stimulation requires the encouragement of innovative ideas and thinking outside the box.For the small percentage of graduates who genuinely aspire to own their own businesses, there is no structured educational outlet where they can learn the tools and techniques to successfully operate an enterprise. Some people believe that running a business just takes a little common sense, and that with a few short courses in business planning and marketing, the new entrepreneur should be ‘good-to-go’.Financing for start-up ventures is always a challenge, and obtaining funding is even harder for young people. With the high failure rate for new businesses, it is understandable why many financial institutions are reluctant to lend to inexperienced entrepreneurs without a track record of success. This is understanding the main causes, as many businesses actually collapse because of a lack of sufficient working capital.
Therefore, we already know the causes why entrepreneur rate is too which became entrepreneur is going to fun and can help another person to get a job. Then, how we encourage especially to youth generation became real entrepreneur?
Build upon causes an entrepreneurial stimulation requires the encouragement of innovative ideas and thinking outside the box. We need fundamentals teaching in entrepreneur suppose to be a lot fun and smile, how it does works? Basically without great idea to establish business we can not to be a good entrepreneur. Through cheerful prescription our mind will easy to thinking the nice idea because on that situation our brains release hormone like dopamine that give relax feel and the affect our brains can think easily. I was inspiring when I saw the Google office where the design is comfortable and the result is the employee who works in Google got only little inconvenience and they can work in the creative way.
We can arrange another fun recipe towards create youth entrepreneur community or competition or challenges. Through this community as young generation, it can be help them to get networking, because we can not be success entrepreneur without networking like your network is your net worth (MEKAR mission statement).If we are serious about nurturing our youth towards entrepreneur teaching, we have to start implementing relevant programmes within the school system. Vocational guidance to identify entrepreneurial potential must be provided and make all subject material relevant to real-world earning opportunities. Mentoring is a vital tool to teach youngsters how to navigate the tricky waters of business, and established entrepreneurs can provide this support in association with another young generation.Along with mentoring, I encourage progressive business owners to consider providing venture capital support to young persons with solid business ideas. This financial assistance and managerial support will help to ensure a higher success rate among youth entrepreneurs.The government should also look at establishing business incubators for young entrepreneurs where they can receive individual guidance, continuous business training, support facilities and tax incentives.

In the first quarter of 2012, Indonesia remains strong GDP figures are at 6.3%, and predicted the end of the year will continue to rise to 6.5%. That number puts Indonesia as the country with the largest national economy in Southeast Asia. Great potential is encouraging almost all APM(Agen pemegang merek)in Indonesia to continue to enhance the value of its investment in the national automotive industry with menanbah production capacity and also add options to their product line in the market. This aggressive movement of APM also widen the opportunities to compete at the forefront of Indonesia in ASEAN.
Threat.
One of the threats of National car is the existence of cheap cars environmentally friendly (LCGC) in Indonesia threaten the sustainability of the national car project. Another threat come from our internal or society since perspective on local product is not good. Many Indonesian do not trust to the quality of local product. The perception of local product is low quality and bad ,they prefer to use Japanese brand like Toyota ,Honda and Suzuki. Moreover, the Japanese brand has already dominated automotive industry in Indonesia. Toyota who is the market leader automotive industry in Indonesia playing significant role until dominated the market. Toyota has big power and resources, and also has the best quality management even more than US, Europe and UK manufacturer.
Suggestion
The government should bring together all the potential of the nation to support the establishment of a national car. The synergy of all stakeholders will generate tremendous power and instituted a quality product. Understandably, the development of a national car impressed walk alone. No pooling all the potential of the nation to focus on producing a superior product that can become as the national car. We should learn from our neighborhood Malaysia with Proton national cars, we should have strong vision and work hard together between central, local government and also local industry that support National car project. In terms of materials we have a ton of raw materials like metal etc, even though the entry barriers is big and not easy to enter into the competition of automotive industry. Since it need big capital, long term investment, qualified human resources, and good management and competes against big playes.However, we should look optimism that Indonesia can have own identity which is National car if we can elaborate our internal strength points to make our National car project can be done in short period of time.

In conclusion, branding is like we treat our baby became adults and can stand up without helping from their parents. Strong brand have strong character and high perceived value to customer. Attribute to have strong brand are distinguishing name and / or symbol (such as logo, trade mark, or package design) and also simple mission statement that represent our value for example Apple with “Think different”.
